IMPROVING COMMUNICATION WITH MEMBERS

 With the access of so many forms of electronic communication available the South East Berkshire Ramblers group would like to offer email communications to members. Please fill in the communications questionnaire below about accessing the email service. If you do not have email facilities you will be receiving communications as they are organised now which is through the postal service.

 The benefits of joining the mailing lists:

  • Receiving up to date information about forthcoming walks especially if the weather is adverse or the ground conditions have changed.
  • Receiving detailed descriptions of forthcoming walks.
  • Guiding you to the items which have recently been published on the website. This could be the latest news, articles written by members, new photographic galleries, etc
  • Receiving details of future group holidays and / or social activities.
  • Notification of interesting items on the Ramblers parent website.

MAILING LISTS

  • General: This mailing list will notify members of the new walk programme; inform of new items on the website; give information of social events and future group holidays; notify members of any relevant items on the parent Ramblers website.
  • Various groups: These mailing lists will allow group and walk leaders to inform members of changes to the walk programme and / or describe forthcoming walks.
  • You are most welcome to join all the mailing lists.

If there is more than one member in one household please put both names and membership numbers in the appropriate cells.
